Summary of the 20th edition of the e-Commerce Fair in Warsaw

20th edition of e-Commerce Fair took place on October 20th. During this year’s event we once again appeared as exhibitors, presenting, among others, capabilities of Shopify and Shopify Plus platform.

eCommerce Fair – Warsaw Expo is the largest industry event in Central Europe. As official partners of Shopify we wanted to present opportunities offered by this rapidly growing platform. During the fair we also talked about PIM implementations, eCommerce audits, effective integrations of Shopify stores with external systems and layout design and implementation. The marketing services for e-commerce that we offer at Brand Active were equally popular.

During this year’s edition of the Warsaw e-Commerce Fair, we had the opportunity to talk to many owners of online stores, who, during the pandemic, observed unusual increases in sales in their e-businesses or, due to the nature of the products offered, had to re-brand. The awareness of entrepreneurs has also changed in the context of the need to automate intra-organizational processes, but also around e.g. logistics and transport. More and more decide to implement external systems that are supposed to help in handling customers and their orders – reports Zofia Komada, Shopify Expert and E-commerce Manager at Brand Active.

At this year’s edition of the eCommerce Fair, Brand Active was represented by: Marcin Rudzik – CEO, Piotr Znamirowski – E-commerce Manager, Zofia Komada – Shopify Expert and E-commerce Manager, Weronika Ladzińska – Marketing Project Coordinator and Paweł Ciupak – Multimedia Specialist.

Such events are an ideal opportunity not only to exchange experiences and make contact with people who deal with the e-commerce industry, but also to meet with representatives of other companies, partners, current and future clients.
