The Max Elektro chain brings together several hundred local stores and is constantly growing. The company wants to provide access to services to customers from all over the country and has Max Elektro stores also in small towns. In order to meet the expectations of the online customer, the company also offers its services in the online store www.maxelektro.pl and through the Allegro account.

Each e-commerce audit is completely different, and its scope is always adapted to the current situation of the company. This was also the case with Max Elektro. Direct cooperation with the management from the very beginning until the completion of work, i.e. until the delivery of reports, was crucial. The aim of the audit was to provide reliable information that would allow the management to make better operational decisions. During the audit I enter the company as an independent consultant, very often within a few dozen minutes I notice the first issues that can be optimized. Each e-commerce audit has a different course, and the effect is not always measurable.
